1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of my website and illustration services. By accessing this website or commissioning a project, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

I provide custom illustration services presented through this portfolio website.

Each project is created individually based on the client’s requirements. Pricing is determined based on:

  • Scope of work

  • Complexity and level of detail

  • Timeline

  • Usage rights (e.g. personal, commercial, licensing, distribution)

A custom quote will be provided and must be approved before work begins.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

To secure a project, the following payment terms apply:

  • 50% initial payment is required once the work begins

  • 50% final payment is due before delivery of final files

Payments are processed via:

  • Wise platform (transfer or credit card)

  • Bank transfer

Accepted currencies:

  • PLN (Polish złoty)

  • EUR (Euro)

  • USD (US Dollar)

  • CAD (Canadian Dollar)

  • AUD (Australian Dollar)

  • GBP (Pound sterling)

4. Work Process & Revisions

The illustration process may include concept sketches, drafts, and final rendering stages.

  • A limited number of revisions may be included, as agreed before the project begins

  • Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges

Timely client feedback is required to keep the project on schedule.

5. Delivery

Final high-resolution files will be delivered only after full payment (100%) has been received.

Delivery format (e.g. JPG, PNG, PSD, vector files) will be agreed upon in advance.

6. Approval & Completion

Once the client approves the final illustration:

  • The project is considered complete

  • Any further modifications will be treated as a new request and may incur additional fees

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of illustration work:

  • The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable

  • After final approval of the artwork, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with PYROSOME MAGDALENA ADAMSKA, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The client is granted usage rights strictly as defined in the agreement, which may include:

  • Personal use

  • Commercial use

  • Limited or full licensing

Use beyond the agreed scope (e.g. resale, redistribution, modification, NFT minting if not agreed) is prohibited and may result in additional fees or legal action.

I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear briefs and reference materials

  • Ensure they hold rights to any content they supply

  • Respond promptly to communication and approvals

Delays caused by the client may impact deadlines and delivery.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Polish courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
